Program Description:

AHNTECH provided all labor, personnel, tools, materials, training, supervision, and other items and services to perform operations, repairs, maintenance and management of the wash rack at the Temporary Forward Operating Site (TFOS) location at the Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA), Bulgaria. The AHNTECH mission with respect to the scope of this contract was to support Joint Task Force-East (JTF-E) operations by ensuring constant, smooth operation of the wash rack facility, to provide any training necessary to operate the equipment in a safe and efficient manner, and to monitor and assist military and allied personnel in use of the facility.

The NSTA is located in Southeastern Bulgaria near Sliven and is utilized by US and allied forces in joint training missions in support of the global war on terror.

The AHNTECH European Theatre of Operations (ETO) Regional Project Office is located in Skopje, Macedonia. This is a Requirements Contract with Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Items. The contractor provided wash rack services in Bulgaria at Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA) as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, and supplies required to conduct wash rack support services.

The contractor operated, repaired, maintained, and managed the wash rack location on NSTA. The Contractor scheduled units for an efficient flow of vehicles through the wash racks. The Contractor ensured that soldiers understood wash rack procedures and exercise safety precautions and are supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for use during operation of pressure washers. The Contractor allowed all operators of contract vehicles to wash their respective vehicles. The contractor was responsible for the proper operation of the wash rack pressure washer systems. The contractor maintained the pressure system within the limits of the government recommendations. The contractor was familiar with and complied with all applicable environmental laws and regulations maintaining a clean and safe work environment, to include secondary containment under all equipment requiring refuel, petroleum and chemical storage, and retail activities. Contractor was liable for costs caused by Contractors failure to comply with pertinent laws and regulations. The contractor maintained the operating parameters such as flows, tank levels and water pressures.
